When facing an obstacle, there is NEVER just 1 way to solve the problem, and the first idea may not always be the best solution. View probelms from differentiating perspectives, approach them from a different mindset, and develop solutions that demonstrate ingenuity and originality.

No matter where we as individuals are currently in our lives, it is imperative that we strive to expand our horizons and engage with new and unfamiliar things regularly. True growth and development only occurs when we step out of our comfort zone, where we may stagnate if we never venture into new territories. In the end, regardless if something new appealed to you or you found it to not resonate with your identity, you grow and connect with our everchanging world.

In the Age of Information, we are constatnly bombarded with a never ending torrent of information that can overwhelm our senses. This is further exacerbated with technology, which has allowed us to greatly enhance work efficiency, but also pushes us to always be on the move, tackling one task after another. It is imperative that we take time to reflect on our work, accomplishments and choices, and ask how we can do better or perhaps tackle similar issues in the future, but from a different angle. Engaging in personal retrospection helps us to gain greater insight or understanding.
